Stellaris is a good game. Go buy it and create a space fox parardise! Or just bomb all opposing empires into oblivion.
So basically my planet of Fennec Foxes are a peace-loving race who value two things; breaking scientific boundaries and making tonnes of money. While they are physically weak and very small they have incredible minds that are always running a mile a minute. Ever since the dawn of interstellar travel Fennecs have relied on robotic and synthetic populations as a military and work force.
Government and Ethics

-Fanatic Materialist (Tech-based)

Traits
-Corporate Dominion (This society is dominated by a megacorporation that has completely supplanted the role of the state.)
-Mechanist (This society has been preoccupied with the idea of metallic automatons since the early Steam Age. Although many said it could not be done, the first true robots left the assembly lines long before even rudimentary space flight was achieved.)

The Fennecs would eventually rise to become one of the most powerful nations in the galactic community. The foxes were a founding member of the galactic federation which would bring near complete peace to the stars for almost 400 years; guiding the massive federation away from war time and time again. The fennecs prospered to the point that many other nations in the empire complained of the foxes profiting to a much higher degree from the federation. Whether or not this was true their was no denying their ascension into power across nearly all aspects of political and economic societies throughout the many member states of the federation. A mere 200 years after achieving interstellar travel the fennecs had become the most populous and influential nation in the galaxy, existing as a large minority in every member-state of the galactic federation.
But this is not the end of their story...
