This is a rebadge I made. I basically printed an image onto plastic using a special ink. the badge blank it self is like a PVC mixed with fiberglass and is pre cut. In other words its really strong, scratch resistant and water proof. It can take a lot more abuse then a laminated badge plus you don't have to worry about ruining the original.
