Another awesome commission sequence by 
Omni-Aura.
My parrot supervillain Power Pirate has the ability to copy other super's active powers. Here, he copies the powers of Barbell the super-strong Dalmatian villain, (as represented by the spots on the tips of his feathers) and uses them to break free of his bonds.
The original idea was to have Power Pirate chained up on the floor, as he was in my weightlifting short story. However, I think it looks better this way, with him chained to the wall. If you want to see it the other way, here it is on the artist's page:
