Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
At first I thought it might have been too big, and added a piece of 2" foam to the back, then realized there was a strap and it fits perfectly! It was lined with fleece and attached to a balaclava, haven't really tested the limits of the suit yet, ventilation isn't great but it was expected with the base (DVC Manokit Base). Vision is also not great but again it was expected with the base. The eyes are about 3" wide and about 1" tall, they could be made bigger if needed.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume piece looks from the outside.
Looks amazing! Everything matches perfectly and nothing is wonky, shaving is beautiful although in some spots got a bit too close to the backing, but isn't noticeable outright. The shaving overall is very short, making the fur not as soft. I can definitely achieve different expressions with different angles, the maker added eyelids and it brought the character together, the eyes are somewhat static but kind of have a follow me effect. The maker went perfectly along with the design and even added extras that matched the character design

How well does everything fit together and match up?
Everything matches up! No visible gaps and the quality is great, so far there haven't been any problems of seams popping


How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?
Very easy, I contacted the maker from Etsy and they were fast to respond


How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take the maker to get back to you?
Unbelievably fast! The longest response time was about a day


How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
It was amazing, If they had any design questions they would always consult me, communication was both very business and friendly, they communicated clearly and gave frequent updates. The only thing they gave me a heads up on is that they were adjusting to a new work schedule


How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
I feel like it was completed in a timely manner, I didn't have any deadlines to meet and shipping was fast and there were no delays


Are you happy with the product you received?
The head has gone above and beyond meeting my expectations! As a first time head commission i was a bit nervous but they made sure everything went smoothly. It was definitely worth the price paid, the quality on the suit is amazing!


Describe your overall experience with this maker.
I cannot think of any cons of working with this maker! My experience was amazing and i definitely recommend them any time i get the chance, they even included an adorable badge of the character.
