A new oc of mine of one of Dr.Brain’s lackies created by him from his fortress asylum this is cilia the rabbit a cute looking red bunny with a crazy addiction and smile of green flaming radiation power who can burn everything in her path. Cilia always serves her loyalty to Dr.Brain especially when it comes to burn some stuff that she enjoys to destroy for fun. When she is out on missions sent by her master she sometimes wants a piece of action, a little disobidient she is but never goes away without a fight she has a great addiction to energy especially when it comes to become hotter and stronger by the moment she absorbs it into her body including her green radioactive flaming hair. She loves to fight dirty and seductive to some guys “like in dragon ball super in the great tournament” is to fool her enemies, tricked by her she will completely melt or burn her victims alive she can also fly too. Cilia dreams of having all the power of the sun and become flaming sun goddess and make everyone feel her burn and fire including burning stars and planets on her own but that is a secret of her own especially feeding on energy, wish to fight blaze and prove to her that her flames are more powerful and stronger than hers if blaze is willing to take the risk for her life to beat her.

Abilities:

Super flight: can fly super fast due to her radioactive flame powers including going to space and breath too.

Flame attacks: cilia can perform a lot of strong fire attacks including to hand to hand combat including skills of her own as well her flame is not to be underestimated at all.

Green asteroid: when cilia is in space she can turn herself into a flaming asteroid wholeness flying super naturally fast like no other in space catching a lot of energy into her body and any planets atmosphere she becomes to hot to stop from crashing on land destroying everything in her path or the planet with it.

Fire up:can increase her fire powers the more she fights and the more punishment of whatever type of energy her enemies give her making her more stronger and dangerously to counter attack including when fighting more.

Energy absorber: Can absorb as much energy as she likes including having her enemies dry out of power but being so addicted and obses with power and energy can become her greatest weakness against her.

Flame shifter: Cilia is capable of making clonesmade our of her powers or enteties of her own image to attack her enemies including weapons of fire too.

Flamethrower:can shoot long range of fire everywhere no matter how far the enemy is at her sight including with her feets.

Ear attack:her ears are also capable of fighting too especially using her powers with it.

Flaming ground: “like android 16 or megatron” she too can make a lot of explosions of volcanic fire coming out of the ground whenever she pounds the ground making the flames burst everywhere like a volcano.

Fire breath:can shoot fire from her mouth too.

Fire tornado: Cilia can make a tornado of fire from herself by creating a huge vortex of destruction burning and sweeping everything.

Colossal fire ball: is insane to make a ball of fire into any size bigger than a planet or asteroid destroying everything.
