This is just speculation since I haven’t given too much thought into what Vincent or Ben would look like as grown ups or what they’re doing with their lives... but I think both of them would kinda resemble their dads a little bit.

Vincent would probably be a little heavier all over, unlike his build now where be carries almost all of his fat in his belly. So he’d have a little bit of a rounder face and wider hips and legs. I picture him wearing glasses, maybe not all the time but at least for reading and drawing. I think his hair would be slightly more ‘relaxed’ as well, so he’d still be rockin’ the faux hawk but it’d be a little less pointy. :) I’d like to think maybe he runs a little art gallery in town and while he’s not super famous, his artwork sells well in the gallery and online.

Ben would have some facial hair like his dad, but I don’t picture him with the same dad bod as his old man. He’s probably got a physical job, like a personal trainer or something like that. Maybe he owns a gym, haha.
