To be perfectly blunt, it feels a bit lazy. I mean, you're barely commenting anything. A lot of people get annoyed when people just leave a comment with just a few words. I'm one of those people. I feel like if you're going to comment something, you should actually find things to say, instead of just "cool" or "nice." Otherwise, I think it'd be better not to comment. I know personally that when someone barely puts any effort into a comment, it feels like they don't care.
I ain't your boss or anything, so you don't have to listen to me, but I'm just giving you some advice here: You should comment something meaningful and purposeful, or nothing at all. It's better for everyone. :)
