This represents my four grandparents, three of which have passed on. I don't usually draw such sentimental subjectmatter. I tend to prefer morbid fantasy over extremely personal works.

Okra - Maternal Grandmother; avid veggie gardener (and user of chainsaws despite being in her late 80's and the whole family trying to make her stop cutting her own firewood)

Horseshoe - Maternal Grandfather; showed Tennessee Walking Horses

Native Azalea - Paternal Grandfather; ran his own plant nursery wholesale business which was famous for native azaleas

Iris - Paternal Grandmother; "Iris" was her middle name and she loved flowers
