Well, got the eyes roughed in. The foam and mesh will be painted, the foam is just to mount the eyes.

The ears have been repositioned after a bit of thought and given a more curved base. I've also added some lines for where the pattern should be.

You can see the muzzle repair work. It does look a bit... broad, but I like the shape and I might end up just adding a bit of volume with foam after seeing how he fur will look on it.
