Don't know why but I often find myself just watching the far off radio towers and masts slowly blink in the night sky. Kinda brings a "There's quite a lot out there ain't there?" vibe to me.

I find myself doing the same thing, since I live somewhat up a hill and I can see the ones on the outskirts of town on a clear night. It is kinda calming.

It is isin't? Something just about how far and tall they are and yet they seem like nothing more than a stick and a light from this distance. Puts a bit of perspective on things.

Especially one of the ones near the edge of town is walking distance from a pizza place nearby, so I know how large the thing is, but most of the time it is a pretty little light on the edge of town, blinking with its hypnotic rhythm.

Never done this...but Honestly could see myself doing it. Can just imagine Peering out my window, wrapped up in blankets, watching the lights slowly blink in the distance and just drifting. Would be good.

You're right on the nose about how it should be done. Put on some calming music to go along with it and time just disappears.

Hmmm. I don't really think so... Like I would go for a calm Super Mario Galaxy music theme. It just fits better. (Don't ask Y I like gaming music so much I JUST LOVE IT)

Ahh, I can understand that actually! I rather prefer gaming music for a few reasons over normal music. Just in this case I was listen to this bit of jazz when I got my idea here.
