Very nice! Reminds me of a promotion they did last year in the Pokémon Center stores in Japan. I got a little coin pouch with a Lugia featured on it and I remember they also sold 3D paper illustrations with Lugia. But cool to see a fan crafting something like that. Turned out really well. Did you draw the Lugia and wave yourself or is it based of a screenshot or photo. If so, then really cool, because I can imagine it to be rather difficult to draw the foam parts of the water and all. Also nicely put together.

Haha XD no, I'm not actually an artist. I used existing picture of a lugia and some graphics I googled to assemble the piece.
*sigh* it kills me a bit that I'm no good at actually drawing. I've tried to put time into drawing and it just seems that it's not my thing.
