Quite possibly the most experienced boarding troops in the galaxy, the Imperial Marines of the Callenian Empire have made a name for themselves as superbly equipped and trained professionals, especially adept at close quarters fighting in the corridors of ships and space stations.
Here we see a crude engraving of a boarding party of Marines being led by a lieutenant, wielding a Mark IV Siddley Plasma-Revolver and an electro-sword. The numbers on their helmets indicate that they belong to the 74th Regiment of Marines, a unit with much recent experience in the Great Tulanian War.
All three figures are wearing the Mark II exo-plate, a heavy suit of armour designed after experiences in the Londis Revenant Outbreak as well as The Great Tulanian War, along with various conflicts on mining and urban worlds. Almost completely enclosing, the plate is worn over an airtight ballistic suit. The joints of the armour are power assisted and the suit contains inbuilt cooling/heating and communication equipment, allowing Imperial Marines a superlative level of protection as well as considerably improved stamina and strength, at no noticeable cost to freedom of movement. The armour is proof against most older models of laser rifle, as well as most kinetic weapons. The power source for the armour is located in a small compartment in the back plate near the base of the spine.
To the lieutenant's front and right are two Marines, both armed with the dreaded Mark I MacBairn rifle, an over and under design featuring a shotgun barrel under a regular rifle. It fires armour piercing sabot rounds from the upper barrel, while the lower barrel acts as both a shotgun and a grenade launcher.
As the smoke from their breaching clears, the lieutenant and his two companions assess the situation before the rest of the boarding party follow up behind them.

Almost, but not quite! I was influenced by Victorian era British army appearance. I was also inspired by this excellent comic, as was the little tidbit about the "Revenant outbreak":
