Terms and service
Artist Right's
--> All commissions are worked on as they are paid for.
--> The right to refuse any commission for any reason
-->The right to post the art on any site ( deviantART, furaffinity, tumbler, etc.. )
--> The right to sell said work as prints, merchendice etc.
Client's Responsibility
--> Its up the the client to provide an up to date reference, detailed description or any other information of there character (s).
--> It is not the fault of the artist if any changes in details are not mentioned before the second check. After it is to the artist to if there will be a fee for any additional changes.
-->It is the client's responsibility to be clear when giving any detail changes so there will be on miss understanding between information.
Payment Policy
--> Paypal only - message for information
--> Payment is due up front before any art can be made.
--> Any payments over 100 + can be paid in portions but the first payment must be before the piece can be started.
Editing Process
--> First check - WIP sketch; Any changes must be mentioned after this check so they can be edited in.
--> Second check - WIP sketch; If there was any changes
--> Third check - Line art; Any changes after lining may cost an extra charge.
--> It may take up to 2 weeks for finished work. If any thing happens to where the time has to be extended a message will be sent to the client to explain why.
Copyright
--> The client is welcome to post the art on any site long as there is a link referring back to the artist.
--> The Client can not sell the art.
--> The artist is not required to keep said art in scraps, stash or post after it has been sent to the client.
Cancellations and refunds
--> If a commission is canceled half of the payment will be refunded. This will only exclude when the art has already reached a colored phase. After such the client will not receive any payment refund if canceled.
--> When the commission is finished and the client is not happy with the final product the client is not entitled for a refund of payment, but they may have a discount from the artist for another piece.
