As soon as Dani had a good look at Kat in the purple dress and had expressed her satisfaction with it, Dee and Kat dashed back into the dressing room, leaving Dani wondering what the hurry was.
'Okay Dee, are you ready?', Kat asked him. 'No! Wait till I get out of this dress and into my own clothes first, will you? And give me a paw with this zipper while you're at it. It's hard to reach.'
Once back in her own clothes Dee agreed that she was ready and Kat began weaving her spell and chanting the words that seemed right to reverse her first incantation. 'This has to be right!', Kat told herself. 'Anyway, half of magic is believing in yourself. Molly told me that!' Sure enough, moments later, Dee returned to his own shape and hurriedly felt himself all over, checking that everything was there and in the right place. Which it was, thankfully.

When they rejoined Dani, the wolfess was rather taken aback that Kat had figured out the reversing spell herself, but accepted it and ushered the two along to the checkout, where the two dresses were purchased. Kat whispered into Dani's ear as the transaction was taking place and Dani nodded. So grabbing Dee by the hand, Kat led him out to the nearby food court where they all ordered drinks, the two youngsters sitting a bit apart from Dani for
some privacy while they input their information into each other's phones and chatted. And Dani sat there, sipping her drink and smiling, thinking how satisfactorily the day had turned out.

'So, will you go out with me next weekend, Kat?', Dee wheedled. Kat smiled an odd little grin and looked
thoughtful. 'I think you'd better come over to my house first and meet the rest of my family, especially my father. Oh yes! Dad will definitely want to meet you before you take me out!' She replied, showing Dee all of her teeth in a big smile. 'What big teeth you have, Grandma!', he joked, though truly impressed with the size of her dentition. 'Your parents must both be big wolves!', he exclaimed. 'Oh, no.', was the reply, 'Mom is a rabbit. Only Dad is a wolf, but I take after him mostly in looks. Let's see. Today is Tuesday. Why don't you come over and have dinner with us on Friday? That'll give me time to set it up so everyone will be there and you can meet them. We're a big family!' She smiled her winningest smile at him and gave his leg a pat under the table to cinch the deal, and of course he couldn't resist.

Finishing their drinks and getting ready to leave, the three of them stood, and as Dani placed all their trash in the
receptacle, Kat gave Dee a big hug, a peck on the cheek and a little nip on the side of his neck, the last two of which left him happily confused, and bade him goodbye. 'See you Friday. Come about three so we have plenty of time to visit before dinner.', she called to him as they parted.

'Getting pretty friendly with that kid, don't you think Kat?', Dani asked. "I like him, Mama Dani! He seems to like me too. I might just have found my first boyfriend!', Kat sang, and danced circles around Dani as they headed for the car and home.

This is part 5, the last of The Shopping Trip pictures, but not the last we'll see of Dee and Kat together. I have plans!. Muahh-haa-haa-haaaaaaa!
