Le gasp! A little Flareon appears! (And her name is Victoria! :V )
Well isn't this a pleasant little surprise! Victoria (created by  Yuririi) now joins Ruko and Runo ^^ (also Shina the Jolteon as well, but she'll come in due time vuv)
I'm wanting to maintain quite a bit about Victoria that was already known/seen with her, but who knows--maybe some small gradual changes will take effect over time, just like they did Runo ^^ One change with little Victoria here (for those who remember her) are her glasses. I experimented with both smaller sized glasses, and larger, rounded ones, and found that the big roundies were my favourite X//D She looked too adorable with them! (I also gave the lenses a very subtle hue to them x3c just to make her stand out a lil' more)

For those unfamiliar with Victoria, she was intended to be a girl who loved lolita fashion, and was also fairly young. I'm wanting to keep that aspect of her with the flowy dresses and being friendly and youthful, and hoping to build on her from here ^^ One detail I had in mind is that Victoria would be from a more wealthier family, or at least one that's better off x3 She's friends with Ruko, so I plan to have those two little dorb floofs having a lot of drawings together in the future~
Victoria may also end up as being a helper at Mimi the Minccino's cafe, where she would likely be helping with the guests by taking orders, making suggestions, and possibly (trying) to clean tables. n///n She'll be an honest and lovable pile of fluff.
I also took a hint from  Chris Kit. I told him I was planning to keep a character of mine Canadian, but wasn't sure how to...depict that in my characters without both going overboard and without stereotyping. One idea he suggested was the maple leaf, and admitted that Canadians are happy to show their pride in their country n.n (Fair enough--I live on a border with Canada, so I could see where he was going) So, I took the idea to Victoria and dabbed a tiny pair of maple leafs on her cuffs xD Still debating whether to keep them or not!

Any ideas or suggestions how to add to her backstory would be appreciated! c: I'd like to make this adorable little girl shine (even though she isn't a shiny lD )
