I call Shenanigans! page 10 they clearly introduced themselves and the right-eye-tattoo said Nut and the left-eye-tattoo said Geb, and right-eye-tattoo gets called Nut by her twin on page 13 and then calls the other one Geb on page 14.
Unless of course they like actually both have tattoos under both eyes and switch between dying their fur to cover up one of the tattoos to screw with people.

But yeah, when I was looking at did I did think it was funny that Geb would have a bigger chest than Nut, if he was the one on the left. Can see there's a bit more underboob-crease.
