Oh no =( his tied up position does not look comfortable what so ever partner hmmmm....*sighs* kinda feel sorry for the poor fella hopefully his kidnappers will be kind enough to hogtie him on a pillow cushion^^ but odds are hmmm...he will have to slumber like that....hopefully rescue is on the way for him.
Given that the unfortunate lizard has ended up falling asleep I imagine he's been here for some hours, abandoned by his captors and possibly they've no intention of returning so leaving him to his fate and so he's ended up succumbing to exhaustion after struggling and failing to get free. Unless he's got friends that know he's missing and can manage to find his fate might be a slow and lingering one. We could though imagine that someone will stumble across him and taking pity, come up and manage to untie the lizard and if he's deeply slumbering he might not even wake while his bonds are loosened, making it necessary for him to be awakened, such as if his rescuer happened to be Eternal, with the gentle brush of a prehensile tail across his snout awakening him with a start, possibly a sneeze and with him ending up in a bit of a slump but finally free. Then with his own extensive experience with these situations, Eternal could teach his new lizard friend some effective ways to free himself if he ends up in this situation again.
this was only just a quick doodle, a sudden idea that came to my mind and I drew it at the very same moment the idea popped up.
Sometimes it is relaxing just to draw a simple sparking idea and who knows what will become out of it
C.S. Lewis for example once sketched a Faun under a lantern into his exercise book without having an idea why he had done this, but this sketch led him to write his famous Chronicles of Narnia books^^
