Walking under a highway. The railings on this bridge didn't used to be painted white. Over the years many people have written graffiti on here. And the graffiti was painted over in white, presumably because the company that paints over the graffiti on the highway overpasses can't be bothered to use a different color on the boardwalk. The white is really badly applied, translucent, and spotty. And once its applied it becomes a magnet of fresh canvas for taggers. I almost wonder if it wouldn't look better if they just left all the writing instead.
