Honestly, because there isn't really any legal spot to dump large items of trash anymore, a lot of folks just dump it wherever they can get away with it. Sometimes its someone else's dumpster. Sometimes its these little patches of woodland in back of strip malls. They'll leave it on the side of back roads at night, etc
