I test my Sony a 6000 I purchase, It is second-hand and I had an accident with the sensor, I almost damaged it but I was able to get a cleaning kit and recover it (pss never but never use those compressed air bottles to clean cameras, sometimes they throw liquid and that spoils the sensor .. . I say this from experience)
