The Amanak is a massive native animal to Eternitos, originating from the Serendipity Universe, home of the Unison. These massive Docile Slugs trek across Desert planets in search of underground springs or a mate or herd to join. These animals can reach from 100-200 meters in sheer length and luckily they are not dangerous unless you do not move out of its way. Amanak are, as we stated, massive Slugs. They have developed a variety of adaptions due to their living conditions. As also stated, they only live on Desert worlds such as the planet Arid or Du'Skan. These creatures may seem slow and cumbersome but they can defend themselves very effectively. It has formed large armored bone plates all over it to protect itself from the sandstorms and coarse winds of the Desert. It has three eyes on its head structure with one in the center and one on each side. It has a large front armored plate that extends down like a tooth that it can use as a shovel or a weapon. This along with a large upper bone plate, comes together to form a shield over its eyes when journeying through a sandstorm. Along the creatures body, on its boneplates are large spikes that act as a deterent to to any predator, acting as an intimidating body formation. During sandstorms, these Spikes fold back to not get hit by any flying objects or to not get pelted by sand. It has amazing lungs and, these lungs create sounds which filter out of gilllike slits on the side of the head which also acts as its breathe intake system. These sounds can be sometimes heard from miles out and resemble that of a lazy and deep foghorn. The Amanak's foot is coarse and rough as it practically treads on sand its entire life. They comb the desert, searching for moist pockets under the sand as they move and when found they use the shovel tooth to dig and they then drink the moisture and water they collect, storing it in their massive bodies. They eat mainly on Cacti variations as the needles of one prove to be a very weak deterrent for such a large creature and Amanak are resistant to many forms of poisons coming from plants in the deserts. The Amanak are untameable and they provide no good meat or such other then massive mobile watertanks however some desert dwelling Nomads have actually built small settlements on the backs of some, developing a cross species relationship sometimes. Amanaks can live for seemingly hundreds of years and they are docile unless threatened. On Arid, The Succubi view the Amanak as a sacred creature who is not to be hurt and they say if you aid one if its hurt or sick then great fortune and luck would be in your future.
