Funny thing I just thought of: if I remember correctly, the fellow who played the musclebuilder was a man named David Prowse. He was in a film series in the late 70s and early 80s and the role had him covered head to toe in black armour. Prowse had the right build but he had this West Country accent no one would have taken seriously, so they got James Earl Jones to dub over his lines.
