I love catching green luna moths on my property

*nodnods* They're really interesting looking, hehe.

They just have the ability to randomly flutter into the face when you're least expecting them.

Not sure what it is. ;P Moth's aren't my strong suit.

I've wondered about getting extension tubes maybe, or one of the teleconverters. I think I want the MP-E 65 most of all though.

I'd love to have the MP-E! The only problem with it is the light. From what I hear, you're SO close to the subject at full magnification, it can be -really- hard to light the subject.

But, yeah...being able to get that close? That'd be fantastic.

Good tips for Macro and the MP-E

Yeah, holy cow. That guy's photos are absolutely incredible. Just...wow. That's the kind of photography that leaves me utterly speechless.

Talk about some steady hands for those shots. At points, he talks about holding a flower in one hand, injecting syrup into the flower with a syringe, and holding the beast up to his face and photographing with the other.

My hands shake -way- too much for that!
