Doctor Trousers suddenly felt the pressure around him dissipate as he was released from the grip of his captor's toes. He fell for a short yet sickening distance until he landed on the damp, surprisingly soft skin of Nevix's foot. Iterati could only get a single breath in before Nevix's other foot pressed against him, sandwiching the snake between two hot, meaty soles.
The intense pressure on his body began to vibrate. Doctor Trousers could only guess that Nevix was growling in satisfaction as he slowly kneaded the snake around. Iterati felt his strength leave him, barely able to struggle against his boss's soles pressing and rubbing across his entire body at once.
After far too long, Nevix peeled his feet apart, but Iterati almost couldn't even tell as he stuck firmly against one of them. Nevix gently peeled him off, grabbing him by the back of his neck. Iterati didn't have the energy to resist, only perking up when he finally realized that Nevix was dangling the snake over his waiting maw. Before Iterati could react, Nevix dropped him, and he began sliding quickly down the tongue.
With a kick of adrenaline, Doctor Trousers thrashed and squirmed, but Nevix's tongue gave him no purchase as he slid sickeningly quickly down toward the throat.
I'm not super proud of the interior mouth shot on this one. The tongue's bump map doesn't look super good in closeups like these, but I think it's okay for just a comic panel at least. If nothing else I managed to show part of the ceiling fan which doesn't really appear anywhere else in the comic.
