This story about confrontation between good and evil, about savin Balance and just saving this planet.

Shteorn - the name of this planet, on which everything is fixed on one event. A very vulnerable planet, which for nearly a thousand years was a place of massacre and utter chaos, until there were those who could "unravel" the riddle of this planet and were able to "place everything on the shelves," creating two beings - the personification of good and evil, "Equilibrium". There was a Balance in a specially constructed place - a small temple in the wild part of the planet where there were continuous mountains. For a long time this place was guarded by great defenders, but the world is growing, progressing, forces too, and "protection" with every century became weaker and weaker.
Actually there were those who decided to recall the old days of chaos and resume that nightmare.
Shiro is one of the main villains who seek not to balance, but only to one side, and, according to the canon, to the dark side.
This hall is one of the shrines where the Balance was located, which kept the world in harmony, so let's say 50% of good and 50% of evil. But now it is destroyed, it absorbs itself and when it completely disappears, chaos will begin on the whole planet.
But in fact this is not the desire of Shiro himself, there is someone who manipulates him ... or rather, he just recruited him to his side.

Also to the note that on Shteorn almost 80% of the inhabitants have any abilities, but mostly they are not so serious, but there are those who hide their big power and they will fight against Shiro and the one who again "took up old ".
