The original was a song by the English composer Ralph Vaughan Williams. My orchestra director always had his seniors perform an arrangement of this piece during our last concert. My arrangement of this piece is actually based off of the arrangement my orchestra director wrote several years earlier. I had it finished just in time for my farewell concert and my senior class performed this arrangement as opposed to the one written by my director. However, only a few small changes were made. I later wrote another arrangement of this piece for piano and violin which I hope to record and post later.
