It is finally done! I have worked for hours upon hours on this thing and it is finally done! I tried to make this as neat and detailed as possible, trying to fit as much of Dakota’s character onto this paper as I possibly could. I hope you guys like it because I’m rather proud of this.

So as for the changes I’ve made to her, I made her colors a bit lighter, I gave her freckles, I made her primary hairstyle pigtails, added more accessories, gave her a stripe between her eyes, made her jewelry gold instead of black.

Overall she is more detailed now, I felt like before that she wasn’t really unique, nothing about her was all that special. Also I made a few changes to make things easier for people I will commission in the future. For example: the piercings, people drawing Dakota would constantly miss the piercings because they were black and kinda blended into her design (at least that is why I think it happened). Hopefully now that issue will not happen as often since the piercings stand out more.

Now that Dakota has a new design, I will need to commission someone to make a digital version of this ref sheet (because I am too incompetent with digital art to do it myself). If anyone would be willing to do it AND will take it very seriously, send me a note with your commission info. I am going to try to find someone who will do a nice job with it because this is very important to me.
