Must admit, my energy levels have been drastically reduced in this cold weather. Yes, I know its not normal. My doctor did say that due to my low levels of Vit D , in this weather, recharging is going to be very difficult unless i'm constantly popping the pills. Which isn't safe.
All I know is, its annoying. I'll be working on a commission and suddenly i'll slip off to sleep in no time at all. When before I felt fine? Awake even.
