Originally titled Cactus man, Agent cactus is a character much like The Doctor from Doctor Who, though only a bit. They don't travel through time but they can travel through space with their flying flashlight. They still have the ability to conduct through matter and pass to other parts of any substance; that power is still very favorable to me. They now also have very limited shape-shifting powers, akin to Wildvine from Ben 10.

Their flashlight can take on the shape of any vehicle it scans as well as a few unique ones. It also functions as a few weapons and tools, such as a laser cannon or a screw driver. A call back to their original design is that it can become a fencing sword, though it is mostly just a call back and nothing more.
