I think what will happen is they will create AOL like walled gardens. Pay premium to get access to porn... but only the porn sites they choose. To keep people from doing and end run around their tiers, they will simply block sites like FA and Pixiv etc. Even if Pixiv would be allowed you would get "region locking" type shit as well.
