Uh oh!! Looks like Mr Kat was trying to experiment with air tanks in order to torment Coop this time! But as usual, something just has to happen to foil his malicious plans~ Hehe, I drew Mr Kat as a pooltoy, so I thought, "Why not have him inflated too?"
