Hehe, looks like he was testing out a ray gun which instantly forms an inflatable diaper around your waist but it still has some
self-inflation bugs to work out! And the poor alien cat's being laughed at his expense by Cooper and Dennis who happened to find him here in the basement! Not sure if he was trying this out for fun or for some sort of evil plot against Coop, but whatever!! ^w^ X3 XD
