I read the previous post, and I have to agree your behavior is pretty shitty. the Facebook page is the main Dutch communities home, it's where the species is now being run from. And they have stated on there if you break rules you'll be cast from the community and denied entry to any events. But I saw your say you didn't care.

Why would you want to have your "special character" be of a species your not allowed to even be a part of? What's the fun in that? Pearl the ex Dutch AD runs the angel dragons community. Where you can have angelic dragons in any way you want.

It's kinda disrespectful. Ino has spend a large amount of time and money to develop a species that originally was just for her, but wanted to be nice and make it an open thing, putting a lot into it to make others happy. And they only have a few rules they asked to be followed. But here you are being childish and saying fuck you I'll do what I want, but I'll keep to myself so I don't have to hear you complain about it?

I have a species of my own, and I'm afraid to ever make them accessible for reasons like this. I can imagine how it would hurt. Wouldn't you feel the same?

If I cook up a closed species and put it out there for all the world to see, there's technically nothing stopping someone from making one if they want one badly enough. And if I make it open on the condition that this species can never have polka dots or buttocks or physically digest Thai food, good on me, but I can't exactly send out the goons on anyone who breaks said rules.

Ino named her squeaky dragon species after her horse, it caught on like wildfire, and she made a substantial amount of fandom fame and money off it. She and the DAD community have every right to exclude anyone who doesn't play by the club rules from the clubhouse. But I'm not interested in getting in the clubhouse -- I'm cool over here playing on the lawn. That's my right.
