This is the Real Grade 1/144 Sinanju. :) Despite the negative reviews that I’ve heard about this kit, I still decided to go ahead and get it anyway. Its actually a really cool kit! :) The shoulder joints are pretty tight, and the shoulder armor has an annoying tendency to pop off, but other than that, this is a really cool kit, and I really like it! 🙂
Since getting into the world of Gunpla, I’ve built over 70 Gunpla, and of all of the 1/144 scale kits that I’ve built, this was one was by far the most challenging, taking me just a little over eight hours to assemble. That’s usually how long it takes me to build a Master Grade kit! It was hard, but still a lot of fun to work on.
this one was both fun, as well as a bit maddening to build. This thing is gorgeous once you have it all put together, though. The glossy red finish goes really nicely with the black, as well as the gold trim. Seriously, I could look at this thing for hours. Its big, too! This thing is almost 7” or 8” tall! It gets a lot of negative reviews from people, but I honestly really like this kit, and totally recommend getting it if you find it.
One quick thing I should add is that I don’t recommend this kit to beginners, or to builders that have never built a Real Grade Gunpla. I recommend building a couple of other Real Grade kits before taking this one on so that you’re familiar with how they work and that you know the “dos” and “don’ts” of building Real Grade Gunpla.
