Seems kinda interesting. How'd you come up with this concept

I simply want to try doing some tf; and I never draw a deer so i pick it as an animal
The concept was simply "TF - DEER".

I made i simple shape for all 3 stages (child - "DBZ Yelling-a-lot Tf" - Beastman) whit the use of glove and the pose like a Power rangers tf, then a medieval fantasy setting look more interesting than "just give him a hoodie".
The smoke was something to mimic the aura of a Dragon Ball transformation, but a useful to have something for filling the background and to have color that would highlight the characters.
The backstory was made few minutes before submit it to give him a contest, trying to make him more apealing.
