Natalia is a gentle person, loves to walk around the earth and hear various stories and learn more about the place that she wants to travel. If you meet her, she's a great listener and would invite you to sit next to her wagon to chat and have a drink.
Experienced in customer service, just by standing around her and having a chat with her. She could easily convince you to buy her stuff or make deals. She survives the harsh road and bandits by manipulating them and somehow getting profit off it.
