Oh man, so tempted. What are the handles made from?

The shafts are wood (old paintbrush handles) and all the knobbly twisty bits are sculpted out of hot glue over some beads for added structure. They're pretty much rock solid!

I can make a couple more with the remaining brushes I have, so if you'd like one with custom colors or a specific general shape (the white/pink one is a more symmetrical design, the green/gold one is more organic, for example) just ask :D

What would you charge for a custom one? And would you be willing to work in glass gems or metallic paints?

I'm already using metallic paints for these ;D I could try using glass gems (you mean, like, those little half-marble things you can buy in mesh bags at the craft store, right?) but everything kinda gets covered in glue and paint so idk if you would see much of a difference. Could you maybe show me a sketch of what you're imagining?

Custom wands would probably be around $20 as opposed to $15 depending on just how fancy they get. Yours would also probably have to be made out of a thicker brush handle to support something as big as multiple glass gems.

I was thinking like, one of them on the base of the handle (facing 'down') with the gem exposed (so glue around it but not overtop of it). I can do a sketch if that's still not clear. I think I am interested in a custom, yes!

I think I get what you're saying, and I'm pretty confident I could do that! Reply here or shoot me a note with the details, let me know what color paints, what color gem, etc. (i have. uh. a bunch of these if that's your thing lol)
