Okay, basic background on new story arc goes here:

Trace was born dead, not to say he was stillborn, that is different. He was born without a body, as nothing more than soul. He was thrust into the ranks of the Reapers, those who harvest the souls of the dead to send them to the afterlife. He has grown like any normal child (however he requires not to eat or drink.) After a single confrontation with the gods, his sad, pathetic existance is turned on its head and sent on an entirely different direction.

*Warning, storyline features religious implications and a whole lot of subjects that could be interpreted as 'blasphemy', and high concentrations of magic use; if you don't like such material please don't read it when I post it.*
