I recently got myself a mobile phone. One of the features it has is a tiny camera so I decided to take a pic of the little study I spend far too much time in. So here it is, the place where I create all my artwork from start to finish.
Notes:
The fan on the left keeps me alive during the hot summer days. It gets unbelievably hot in the room without it.
PC Gamer FTW.
I had those speakers since when I got my first PC - about 2001. They aren't very good, but they still work.
That black and chrome monster at the bottom is my current PC. It's very good.
Ante-lucem gave me the cup when I visited Singapore. It's one of two, both have an eastern dragon design on them. They look awesome.
I like to change my wallpaper every so often. The slightly naughty pin up dragoness adds some hotness to the screen.
The chair is broken. The adjust height bar is busted and the bum seat itself isn't actually bolted to the column.
Thanks to Bitmalty for giving me headphones after my crappy ones finally broke.
The graphics pad looks huge, however the drawing surface is only 12"x9", it's a little wonky in places, the pen now has a huge crack on the side which has been fixed with sellotape, and the drivers it came with don't work with Vista. Fortunately I found a work around for it - not bad for something I got years ago in Aldi for £30.
And lastly, if your going to be working on a computer near a window that catches some direct light, don't ever use a thin, light material for a blind like I did. The sunlight goes right through it and it makes seeing dark details impossible.
