Hm, considering i made this with a program i dont personally use, as my class provides TVpaint, trying to get this pencil effect is something i can only achieve in a limited time.
i can do this sort of thing but the lines will look different if i use SAI. If youre still interested, depending on your character and poses - id say the prices would start out at 20-25+?.
