Quests are very niche, and Anxiety Quest also only ran for a short while. Which is very common for quests. Sadly, I imagine only few are even aware of most quest, let alone Anxiety Quest. Most potential fanart for it can be found over at QuestDen, but not in an easy to find way. Questden's wiki could be a better place, but it's rare a page is maintained. For example, this pic I drew isn't even part of Anxiety's wiki page fanart section. So yeah I dunno. That's a glimpse of niche side of the internet.
