These are heads I painted for a character from the game Firefall named Nostromo around 2013. He was a captain and was going to be featured on a video screen in-game speaking and giving speeches. In order to keep the art consistent with in-game portraits that were also painted it was decided his head would move and speak but all be painted. There were various head states, forward, left, right, looking down, etc with emotions, blinks and mouth states for each. It was to be rigged up and be able to approximate speech but the feature was cut so these were never used. They were briefly hooked up, however, and they worked out just fine even for the first incarnation.
