While they had a bit of a weird start Jazmyn and Nicky became good friends and would regularly hang out just across the road from the basketball court they first met. They would often have a few beers there out on the curb and chat, which turned out a good thing for Nicky who already had few friends but even fewer she could just relax around and be herself. Nicky would still pretend to be Jazmyn's boyfriend, but now this confusion was just amusing for the both of them... Not to mention it had some small benefits at times for both of them.
