As a player of Overwatch since It's release day, I can confirm this happens.. pretty much most games that have these heroes on the field at the same time!

Ahh, I thought it was just a happy accident, cause the player doesn't seem to be very good at controlling Mei's powers. Still hilarious, on account of her expression tho, when she's in the ice looking at her partner getting pwned XD
