I wonder if this might have been a case of mistaken identity with the furry orc having been mistaken for a werewolf, maybe due to the pointed ears and the typical orc tusks and skin tone being hard to distinguish under fur. Perhaps this is just after his would be captors realised their mistake and sincerely apologised but decided to quickly leave without untying him despite the fact he promised he would refrain from violence even if he was a little annoyed. The orc is probably feeling quite annoyed now but thankful that at least his towel remained in place, though he's not going to resist trying to wriggle free and he's just wondering if anyone will be brave enough to do the decent thing and untie him but those humans or elves all seem to be so inconsiderate and cowardly.
