Just showing off my LEGO crafts. Might do more LEGO vore soon.
I came across a new store called Bricks and Minifigs while I was visiting the old mall in my hometown. The store buys back used LEGO bricks which you can then buy large or small containers of mixed varieties of LEGO bricks out of the large tubs.
This idea started when I was digging through and found the round pieces forming the saucer section of the ship.
I know that LEGO produced Star Wars, but it never produced Star Trek. Although KREO produced Star Trek, I heard that it wasn't a really great variation of the Enterprise, therefore it didn't last long.
Of course my variation of the Enterprise isn't totally accurate either. It wasn't actually meant to be any particular version of the Enterprise, though I kind of mixed styles between The Next Generation era ships such as the Sovereign, Galaxy and Constitution Class as well as the JJ Abrams Enterprise to make this. I kind of think it kinda looks like the USS Vengeance on Star Trek Into Darkness.

Very cool. A really good looking Enterprise. I always liked the space and knights sets when I was a kid but sadly I just didn't have it in me to do original stuff. So I lost interest for a long time but got rekindled about six years ago. My brother asked our mom for all our old Lego because he was going to have a kid. Since then I had a renewed interest since Lego has evolved quite a bit. In fact just a few months ago I gave my brother and his wife minifigures of them I had cobbled together from different parts.
I guess I was the same way when I was young, I used to love playing with them but I lost interest for a while. Nowadays I don't see them as toys as much but more crafting objects, and being an artist who loves crafts I just look for unique bricks to make fun and interesting models.
That's cool. For me Lego is more like the ultimate fantacy world where worlds can come together on equal footing. That's why I love all the license sets Lego does, it brings more of these characters and their worlds into the greater Lego world. But to me the minifigure is king. That little person represents you driving the car, flying the X-Wing, or riding a horse. And remember it's not just a toy but "A highly sophisticated interlocking brick system."
