The evil Turtlebot was developed by Dr. Baxter Stockman (or at least by what was left of him at the time!). Made of high-tech, light-weight metal, the Turtlebot has the ability to copy the actions of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, as well as to imitate their weapons - it has a razor jet nozzle that can turn its laser-razor beam into the shape of each of the Turtles' weapons. The Turtlebot is a mimicking mock turtle of mayhem, possessed of an advanced artificial intelligence that enables it to anticipate the actions of its enemies and constantly improve itself! Mockin', rockin' and sockin' - beware when the evil Turtlebot comes a knockin'!
