Chiptune - Sonic the Hedgehog - Spring Yard Zone (MMC5)
This is a decently catchy song, and it wasn't that hard to sequence as far as Sonic chiptunes go. But there's one thing I'm rather proud of. The original version of this song had a secondary melody instrument which is actually the "ring collect" sound effect, which is actually two combined tones: A main melody tone, and a briefer "bling" tone that's 17 semitones above the main tone. I simulated both. The main tone can be held and released, but the bling tone fades immediately when each note plays.

When I heard the first level, I knew this one would be good.
I know what you mean as far as the ring sound in the original. Wait, were you saying it's in there? I think I hear something that mimics the sounds the coins made but different. You may have said that and if so, sorry for confusion.
