Expressing everything helps us to compensate our repressed childhood and to let go of our subjective authority projection. Many people are repressed but unaware that they are, so they are frustrated and don't know why they are frustrated, or they compensate their repressed nature with consume. The more repressed we are, the more we want to consume. We are repressed because our social conditioning makes us think that we have to live as egos in someone else's idea of the universe. Maybe we forgot how to lead ourselves and create our own universe, so we forgot that we don't have to live in a materialistic universe. And the less we love ourselves and the less we know how to lead ourselves, the more we identify with our socially conditioned ego in the materialistic universe. The more we love ourselves, the less we feel the need to live in a materialistic universe, because then we live in a spiritual universe. We have created a materialistic universe because we forgot about our loving nature. But in the spiritual universe, we all have the same loving nature, because only our egos are separating us. It's an inner transformation and everyone can decide on their own how much they want to let go of their ego in the materialistic universe. It's like returning to chaos, but chaos doesn't happen in the materialistic universe, it's somewhere inside of us. All souls seek to return to chaos, they're just seeking on different levels, but we can only see it when we make the realization that we are not our egos.
