New dragon character I adopted from 
PCZ (did line) and 
Behemoth_Valentine (did color)
Also like to thanks the friends that help me name him.
He's a general (or maybe retired one idk XP) that trains new recruits for battle, he even helped JV with a bit of their training and some moves. The main weapon he uses a double bladed spear (think more of the look of Sarge's weapon from Chrono Cross).
His height is around 9ft
He's probably around 36-40 age wise
